Attorney Paul M. Cramer practices civil litigation with a focus on personal injury and wrongful death cases in both State and Federal Court. Mr. Cramer was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1992 and the New York bar in 1993. He is also admitted to practice in the Federal District Court of Connecticut. Mr. Cramer is first and foremost a trial lawyer with numerous jury verdicts to his credit. He has engaged in complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including mediation and arbitration. He uses his extensive background representing insurance companies in the defense of personal injury claims to effectively represent individuals who have been injured as a result of the wrongful conduct of others. Attorney Cramer’s trial skills and experience are equally applicable in other practice areas. He has successfully represented clients in a variety of other matters including employment law, social security disability claims, insurance defense, insurance coverage, workers’ compensation, real estate litigation, probate litigation and commercial litigation. Attorney Cramer has extensive experience in Appellate Law and has argued numerous cases before the Appellate Court and the Supreme Court of the State of Connecticut.

Mr. Cramer has lectured on a variety of trial and litigation topics for the Connecticut Bar Association and the National Business Institute. He is on a panel of arbitrators/mediators for Resolute Systems, LLC and is also frequently chosen as a third party neutral by other lawyers for the arbitration and mediation of disputes.

Mr. Cramer is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Litigation Section Member, past chair of the CBA Young Lawyers Section Litigation Committee, and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.

Education
Mr. Cramer received his law degree in 1992 from Western New England School of Law where he was selected to represent the school in the National Moot Court Competition. He received a bachelor’s degree in political science in 1989 from the University of Connecticut.
